Privacy Statement

Lend A Hand is a counselling service with it’s head office in Clare St, Ballyhaunis, Co Mayo. Lend A Hand does not store any customers information through our website www.lendahand.ie but does offer the facility for people to submit queries through the contact form on the Contact Page. However, please do not submit personal sensitive information through the contact form on this website. The aim of this form is to provide a facility for customers to submit general queries and not queries of a sensitive nature which should be discussed in person with one of our counsellors. Please email mary@lendahand.ie about any concerns you may have in regard to the processing of personal data on this website.

Cancellation Policy

You must give 24 hours notice before cancelling an appointment or you will be charged for the session. There is no charge for cancellations with more than 24 hour notice.
