Welcome to Lend A Hand Counselling and Psychotherapy which was founded, by Mary Prenty, in 2018. Mary is a professionally qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and she is an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

In 2013, Mary graduated from Middlesex University, London with a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and she continuously invests in her professional development achieving qualifications in Sandplay Therapy, Addiction Studies, Drug and Alcohol Awareness, Body Psychotherapy, Suicide Intervention Skills (CAMS), Leadership and Executive Coaching (In Training), Reflexology and more.
